For Vendor

  1. Introduction

Welcome to CareHub, a personal care application connecting users with various service providers offering spa, fitness centers, hair salons, and other personal care services. These terms and conditions govern your use of the CareHub mobile application and its services as a vendor. By registering and using the application, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the application.

  1. Vendor Eligibility

2.1 Business Registration: You must have a legally registered business entity, if applicable, and provide valid business registration documents.

2.2 Service Quality Standards: Vendors must agree to adhere to CareHub’s established service quality standards, ensuring that services are delivered professionally and meet industry best practices.

2.3 Health and Safety Compliance: Vendors must comply with health and safety regulations relevant to their services, ensuring the well-being of both users and service providers.

2.4 Availability and Scheduling: Maintain clear availability schedules on the application and respond to user inquiries and booking requests in a timely manner.

2.5 Pricing Transparency: Clearly disclose pricing, including any additional fees or charges, to users before confirming service bookings.

2.6 User Reviews and Ratings: Be open to user reviews and ratings, which help establish your reputation on the platform.

2.7 Compliance with CareHub Policies: Agree to comply with all CareHub policies, including those related to user data privacy, payment processing, and dispute resolution.

2.8 Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with users, addressing any questions, concerns, or requests promptly.

2.9 Data Retention: CareHub retains your data on our servers for a period of three months from the date of service provision. After this period, we will securely delete your data.

2.10 Admin Access to Customer Chats: CareHub’s administrators may, in certain cases, access customer chats to maintain a safe and fair environment for all users, especially during dispute resolution. This access is intended to facilitate resolution and maintain a secure platform. Your privacy is important to us, and we handle these situations with discretion and in line with our policies.

  1. Service Responsibilities

Vendors are responsible for delivering their services to users with professionalism and in accordance with applicable laws.

  1. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership: All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the CareHub application belong to CareHub or respective owners.

4.2 Unauthorized Use: Vendors are prohibited from using, reproducing, or distributing any content without proper authorization.

  1. Privacy Policy

5.1 Data Collection: CareHub collects and processes your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

5.2 Data Usage: CareHub uses your data to provide and improve its services, as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

  1. Payment and Fees

6.1 Payment Methods: CareHub accepts payment through the specified methods on the application.

6.2 Applicable Fees: Vendors may be subject to fees for using CareHub’s services as stated on the platform.

6.3 Payment Withholding: CareHub reserves the right to withhold payment to vendors until a service is completed and confirmed to the satisfaction of the customer. This measure is in place to ensure that services are provided as promised and meet the expectations of our users.

  1. Dispute Resolution

7.1 Dispute Process: In the event of a dispute between vendors and users, both parties agree to attempt to resolve it amicably.

7.2 Escalation: If disputes cannot be resolved, they may be escalated for further resolution as per the defined procedure.

  1. Limitation of Liability

8.1 CareHub’s Responsibility: CareHub shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of the application or services offered by vendors.

8.2 Vendor Responsibilities: Vendors are responsible for their interactions with users and for ensuring the accuracy of the information they provide on the platform.

  1. Modification of Terms

9.1 Right to Modify: CareHub reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time.

9.2 Notification: Changes will be communicated to users via the application or other appropriate means.

  1. Communication and Bookings on Behalf of Others

10.1 All communications, including service inquiries, changes, and dispute resolutions, shall primarily be conducted with the customer who initiated the booking. This ensures a clear and efficient communication process.

10.2 Vendors acknowledge that customers may make bookings on behalf of others, such as family members or friends. It is the responsibility of the vendor to provide the service as per the customer’s request and ensure that the person on whose behalf the booking is made is treated with the same professionalism and adherence to these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions of this agreement shall also apply to the person on whose behalf the booking is made.

For Customer

  1. User Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use the CareHub application. If you are under 18, you may use the application under the supervision of a legal guardian.

2.2 Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Rwanda while using the application.

  1. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Personal Information: When registering on CareHub, you must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information.

3.2 Password Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Choose a strong and unique password, and do not share your account details with others.

3.3 Unauthorized Access: If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify CareHub immediately for appropriate action.

  1. User Conduct

4.1 Prohibited Activities: You shall not engage in any unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities on the application.

4.2 Respectful Interaction: You shall treat service providers and other users with respect, courtesy, and professionalism. Failure to do so may result in the termination of your account or other appropriate actions.

  1. Privacy Policy

5.1 Data Collection: CareHub collects and processes your personal information, including biometric data, business registration certificates, identification documents, and IP address, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

5.2 Data Usage: CareHub uses your data to provide and improve its services, as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

However, please note that the terms and conditions of this agreement shall also apply to the person on whose behalf the booking is made. The customer making the booking is responsible for ensuring that the person on whose behalf the booking is made is aware of and agrees to these terms and conditions.
